Brent has been great! We’ve had two inspections done now by him. Both times he had been early to the scheduled time, efficient, and very thorough. He’s willing to answer any questions you may have. He will also make sure to list any concerns you may have specifically in the inspection report. He’s reasonably priced as far as inspections go, and both times he had the inspection report to us in the same day. The last one he had the report to us within 2 hours of completing the inspection! I got Brent’s number from my realtor and my Dad, who have had him do inspections for them before. I texted Brent on a Monday telling him I needed an inspection as soon as possible, and he replied right away with his rate, and a time slot he had open Wednesday.

Wednesday morning he was very communicative about when exactly he was arriving, and explained a couple things to me in person after doing an overview of the house. I had to take off before he was done, but he gave me a general run down on what he found so far and told me he would send me the report that evening.

He sent the report that evening, and was extremely thorough! I got 23 pages of neatly organized details with high quality photos attached. He climbed and crawled through everywhere he was able and did a very thorough job.
